Refunds will be made on to original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

We aim to "process" applications immediately upon order. This means that we will, within a very short time of receiving your order for an application make payment directly to the South African Patent & Trademarks Office on your behalf.

As soon as we process an order for an application, we become liable to pay the associated application filing cost. Accordingly, NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED for application filing instructions.
